Hard drives arent always the most silent things , vibrations in the drive then go into the case and vibrate the case causing noise. of course those psychopaths over at silent PC review found a way to counteract this.
Long story short , you get small bungie cord and suspend the hard drives in mid air using them like so~
Pretty cool , but pretty damn extreme at the same time to reduce vibrations.
My PC is silent, besides my HDD which makes a lot of noise. It's a pain in the arse tbh. I might give this a shot. :d
